Are you looking for an application development tool or a case tool???. If you are looking for an application development tool then check out some product comparisions done in the past. One of them you should look at is in INFOWORLD Publication Date: September 23, 1996 (Vol. 18, Issue 39). They have compared PowerBuilder, Developer 2000, Delphi, Visual Basic. The url for INFOWORLD is www.infoworld.com, just check the past issues. You will have to register (its free) first (on-line).
Rest is your company need's that will dictate the final decision....
