I am in desperate need of information regarding an Oracle error 'ORA-03123'. I have looked this msg up in the Oracle msgs and ref. manual. The solution is non-existent (i.e. wait). I have a PowerBuilder application running on a Win3.1 workstation using an Oracle 7.1 backend on a HP 9000(hpux). The Oracle error msg was found in a trace. I can connect to the HP via sql plus 31 but, when connecting with the app. it hangs. Indefinately!
