Should be a dbstart and dbshut script that uses the oratab file to loop through all your sids and shuts down/starts up according to the value in the 3rd field (either "Y" or "N"). There is info in the installation guide to help you further, but call these scripts from /etc/init.d/dbora with links in the /etc/rc0.d and /etc/rc3.d
