Replication

I am trying to set up a simple replication scheme to support the remote clients in my network. Unsuccessfully I might add. Does anyone have a detailed outline of the steps required to implement a simple replicated environment. I have only 1 SunOS Oracle server and a nubmer of win95 cleints running Personl Oracle 7.

Any help on this subject would be appreciated.
