SQL help!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, can anyone help me with this?

I want to populate a table with the COPY command and an ascii text file which contains rows of data. Does anyone have an example of how to call the COPY command with parameters?

Cause when I follow the example in the online help " \h copy " it's a bit confusing since they don't give you a real example.
