Yes, ttitle (and btitle) command has a number of formatting possibilities. See below.

ttitle skip 1 left 'EMPLIST' cen 'EMPLOYEE LIST' -

       right 'Side ' format 999 sql.pno skip 1 btitle skip 1 cen 'Copyright XXXX'

This example skips one line before printing the heading, then justify different parts of the heading to the left, center and right. Extra skip is added after the heading.
