At http://www.webvalue.com you can find GroupWire, an Oracle based Problem Tracking system ready for use over Internet on our server. It can be also installed on your Intranet.

Currently GroupWire does not interface with any source code control tool, but this functionality can be added depending on your choice of the source code control environment.
