Result sets from Oracle sps to snapshots?

All,
Is it possible to return result sets to Visual Basic snapshots from ORACLE
stored procedures? With SQL Server, I can open snapshots from the stored
procedures by using either "Call <sp_name> " or "EXEC <sp_name>". Thanks
for any comments or suggestions anyone might have.
