Hello Peter,
In the Registry Editor, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, /software/oracle Edit->Add value: DBA_<sid>_AUTHORIZATION
Data type: REG_SZ, value: BYPASS
It results that 'internal' can log in without password.
In case you dont find the Registry editor: The Registry Editor initially is not 'iconized' on a fresh NT install. You must explicitly create an icon for it. This is a standard NT utility I don't know by heart the exact file name it's somewhere there under NT OS directory.
