self refreshing snapshots !!!

hi,
a strange problem occor in our database.

we have master-snapshots sites, and the snapshots are refreshed by executing
dbms_snapshot.refresh, which run once a day (in night) using jobs.

BUT !!, changes to snapshot are STILL being pushed to master all day (not only during refresh)
and there is not any refresh declare on the snapshot them selfs ?

WHY ?? one more thing , when an record is updated on the snapshot site , the changes on the master
are applied using the m_row$$ (rowid of the master record )field ?? or by primary key of the table ?

why when i'm deleteing a record in the snapshot the record which is written to the uslog$_snap is with
m_row$$ = 0000000.0000.0000 ?
