Hi Rob,

Enter the value 2: in database name or edit the oracle.ini file located in windows directory; then search for a variable called LOCAL; if it is not there put the following line into the first section

LOCAL=2: Note: 2: is the database name the Personal Oracle uses to identify

      a local database. As far as i know, that process wasn't changed.
