I Used HP-9000 series and Oracle version 7.2.3 all my fields not greater than 256 bytes and all data type in characters or number. the error ORA-3106 usually occur after 24 hours of running the program and program generate bout 4000 transaction/ hour.

what is base bug number mean? how do I get it.
