Which DB is good?

Hi there,

   I am new to any database, but I would like to know which database is the best to fit my requirements. The following is my requirements:

(1) Running on Sun Sparc 10 (SunOS 4.1) machine.
(2) Capable to communicate with Web server via cgi script.
(3) capable to communicate with C program.
(4) easy to use.
