Where is SQL*Plus 3.1 ?

Hi, Oracle guru:
I have installed V7.1 on Novell 4.1 and DOS/Windows client. I can find SQL*Plus 3.1 in DOS. Any body know where that is? I have to load SQL*NET 1.1 and 2.1 running on novell, b/c of clients. Does anyone know whether I can just setup SQL*NET 2.1 for both DOS and Windows 3.1 clients. Thanks in advance.
