If it's a case of storing a time of day, we use 2 functions to convert from varchar2(5) (hh:mm) format stored in the database to a screen field on a form using type "time". This means that the form uses inherent validation - no work! Received on Fri Oct 04 1996 - 00:00:00 CEST
