No. I am fairly new to Oracle. I have been using much smaller databases like mSQL, Paradox for a couple of years and thats about it.

No. I am trying out the trial version and having difficulty getting past the installation phase, not because of my lack of knowledge but because of some well known bugs in this software.

As much as well all hate Microsoft, at least they make, upgrades/fixes/patches to almost all their products available on their ftp and www site. I know this from experience as I have downloaded several service updates on NT and Windows 95.
