running Des2000 of Nt server

 Is it possible to run Designer 2000 and Developer 2000 tools off  an NT server from a Windows95 "client" without having to load  the actual tools onto the local Windows95 PC. Sort of like you  can do with MS office, keeping all the binaries on the NT server,  only running the app locally in memory on the "fat  client. I would assume this is possible, what step do I need to  take however? run the ora installer off Nt server volume? and load  it from there ? Anyone have any tips please let me know,
