Problem activating internal concurrent manager in GUI (10SC)

We can't seem to get the internal concurrent manager to activate from the GUI version. The message states that 'Activating internal concurrent manager is not supported on this platform'. We can activate it from the char version if we login as applmgr with no problems.

Is this true? Can you not activate the internal conc mgr from GUI or is there something we have not setup properly?
