Stored procedure from Pro*C

What is the correct syntax for calling a stored procedure from a Pro*C program?

The following compiles but gets an error at runtime:

EXEC SQL EXECUTE   declare
    ....
  begin
    procedure_name(param1, param2, param3);   end;

END-EXEC;
