I installed Designer/2000 R1.3 against PO7 on Windows 95, 40MB RAM, 1.2GB disk. The only thing I had to change was the shared pool size from the small value given in initorcl.ora to the medium value - this so that some of the larger API packages would compile.

The rest PO7 magically (IMHO) handles for you with self-expanding database files etc etc.

FYI, with Dev/2000, Des/2000, PO7 and stuff installed I have an orawin95 of 320 MB including 120 in my database directory. I didn't install the tutorials which saves a lot of space. If I remember right, after the installation of my Des/2000 repository my database directory was about 80 or 90MB, but I'm really not sure.
