dbLink performance is Dog Slow.

I'm populating a table using an Insert Into... _at_dbLink statement. It amounts to only about 80k of data, but can take up to 15 minutes before the data actually shows up in the remote table. Is this normal? Our dba told me that the dbLink uses a notoriously slow protocol, but 15 minutes for this amount of data seems rediculous. Received on Mon Sep 23 1996 - 00:00:00 CEST
