PL/SQL and Arrays

Is there anyway using ANY version of PL/SQL that will allow me to pass result sets (arrays), back to my users?

The arrays that are to be returned are of variable size (number of records), does the cause more problems?

If not arrays, can I pass records back to the users somehow?

Thats a lot of questions, I would really like an answer, please help.
