Two versions of Oracle on one NT macine

Does anyone have experience, good or bad, with running two versions of Oracle on NT? In particular, I am looking to run v7.1 and v7.2 on a NT v3.51 machine. I cannot upgrade the v7.1 DB to v7.2 because of a bug in the v7.2 SQLLoader, which that DB utilizes extensively (several tables are loaded daily), Oracle is working on it, but it has been over a month so far. On the otherhand, v7.2 is required to support a 3rd party product.
