Multiple rows returned from a stored proc?

Is it possible to call a stored procedure from windows 3.1 (ie 16 bit) and get multiple rows returned?

I can do this in informix easily but am unsure as to how to do it with oracle 7. What tools are needed to do this (I believe that it cannot be done with Oracle Objects 1.0)
