Oracle CASE Question

I am using Oracle CASE in a SunSolaris environment. My Question is how do I enter the following SQL statement in the Derivation Expression Text Edit window of the Detailed Module Column Usage Window:

Select name

   From ACTIVITIES
   Where name = 'Enrollment';

I can not find any references in the OraBooks, CASE References or training materials handouts. When I try to implement the Form using the Form Generator, I get various errors depending on how I vary the statement, e.g., ORA-00936, ORA-OO921.

Also what OraBook contains the ORA-nnnnn error messages?
