Can PL/SQL do it?

Hi,

I have a quick question to some of you talented "Oracle Experts". Can a PL/SQL script on a Solaris machine run a DLL function (compiled for NT/WIN95) on a NT machine via SQL*NET or PL/SQL? any other protocol?

Any comments will be greatly appreciated...
