Are you using the 32-bit Intersolv driver, or thunking down to the 16-bit one?
I've recently done asynch processing to Oracle (using ODBI API, not RDO), using the 16-bit v.2.5 driver, but according to Intersolv, the 32-bit 2.11 *should* work asynch.
