Oracle told you they can't help you with their own error message?
I would go back to them and tell them that is a totally unacceptable
answer. Ask them to escalate your problem to the escalation
manager. I've looked up these errors and cannot find anything
helpful either. This is their software, they should be able to
help you solve the problem...isn't that why we pay maintenance
fees?
Sorry I couldn't be of more help, but go back to Oracle and
don't take "no" for an answer!
