Oracle 7.2.3 / Sybase System 11 comparison

Hi, I've always respected Sybase because I always believed them to be a unix oriented company and grew up with their technology. But it seems that a lot of sites are now using Oracle. I'm aware that Sybase doesn't offer Row level locking but has there ever been a good comparison made b/w the two products?

I mean can Oracle return multiple rows from a stored proc yet?
