Dev. 2000 1.2 16 bit and Windows NT client

Hi all.

Is it possible to install Developer 2000 1.2 16 bit on Windows NT 3.51 client? I tryed, but running one FMX file I got an error (F45RUN caused a fault in KRNL386.exe).

Any suggest?
