Hi all,



        Platform is Designer/2000 V1.2 on Personal Oracle 7 running against a
local database under Windows 3.1 for workgroups.



        I am trying to generate a form with Designer/2000 but keep getting a
message saying that I need access to a table called CG_REF_CODES. There
is no such table in my database, and I have not found a reference to it
in any manuals (yet). Does anyone know which script creates this table?
