SQL_Trace on PO7: No CPU time???

Hello all,
I have tried getting SQL_Trace to produce Timed_Statistics on my PC
with Windows3.1, PO7 (7.1.4.1.0), but all I get is elapsed time, and
no cpu time (all zeros).
I have started the instance with the Timed_Statistics = True option,
and have done the Set Sql_Trace = True.
And the TKPROF output gives me zeros on CPU time.
Please, help me if you can.
