Sql*Menu --> Forms 4.5 ?

I need to upgrade a large Sql*Menu application (over 450 forms and 3Gl programs). If I understand it once you convert the Sql*Menu application to a forms 4.5 menu you have to attach it to a form. I want the new application to work just like Sql*Menu did, does anyone know what I need to do to get this to work?
