The CGI Oracle Web Agent with 2.0 support Apache as always. The Web Request Broker component does not. The WRB allows you to have all of the owa threads and database backends pre-spawned and persistent, removing the CGI fork/exec overhead.

So with 2.0 you can CGI + OWA with Apache as always. You get enhanced packages with 2.0, support for cookies/frames and other things.
