ORACLE
NO INFORMIX
ORACLE
NO INFORMIX
SYBASE
ORACLE
NO INFORMIX
INGRES
OK.........Dbase 99..

Sorry.....Your question needs much more info.

  1. What are your functional requirements?
  2. What is your organizations expertise?
  3. Do you require oltp, distributed, symetric replication?
  4. What backup strategies will you incoporate?
  5. Do you require multi-platform capabilities, OS support?
  6. Do you need to support raw devices?
  7. and on and on and on?

These aer questions you need to ask yourself and your staff. The products a very comprable and do excell in there own specific areas.

Good luck but start at the beginning. Your requirements for a product then match the product to your requirements.

Hope this helps
