Populating new fields in a table?

Could someone tell me an "easy" way (using SQL Loader or something else) to populate JUST THE NEW FIELDS I have added to an Oracle table? (I suppose I could write an app to do it, but there must be an "easy" way.) If you have any ideas please send EMAIL! THANKS!
