SQL*Net 16-bit and 32-bit

I've got two questions about SQL*Net 2.x:

Can both the 16-bit and 32-bit versions be installed on the same workstation and be in the path? My understanding is that the DLL names are different, so there are no duplicates.
Does anyone know about a DLL called SQLNT16.DLL? Is it a DLL from the 32-bit version of SQL*Net 2.x?
