Under the Browser Edit Menu, select Preferences. Select the Preferences for: Query. On the right side of the pop-up menu will be two radio boxes under the Retrieve Data heading. Change the option from 'As Needed' to 'All at Once' and re-execute your query.

Once you re-execute the query and cut / paste the results to Excel, you wil no longer have the #N/As. Received on Thu Aug 22 1996 - 00:00:00 CEST
