Get the Programmers Guide to the Oracle Call Interface....

We went through the same problem on our ocracle site, we needed to get long raws in to the database from a parser written in C++, we found OCI to be fast, flexible and once we built a few functions to handle some of the OCI procedures one uses all the time, fast to implement.
