Folks,
Oracle have a Design & Migration Services department, who are part of the Oracle Alliances division.
These guys write conversion utilities & guides comparing other non-Oracle databases to Oracle, so that partners who wish to port a non-Oracle application to Oracle, or customers who are migrating to Oracle don't have to do it blind-folded!
The guides are free, but are only usually given to existing Oracle Partners or customers - and Yes, there is both a guide & set of conversion utilities for MS Access.
