Oracle table and column names, by default, are case in-sensitive. It does not matter what ever the case may be when you create a table. But Oracle provides a way to make your table and column names to have embeded spaces and case sensitive. While creating your table put the table, column names in double quotes ("). Then Oracle will store the quoted elements as is into the data dictionary, in which case when you reference those objects you have to put them in quotes exactly as you have defined them.

No, It is only 30 characters, not 32.
