Keep an eye on the server requirements. You need Oracle v.7.2.2 for 1.3 Designer/Developer. Oracle only ship 7.1.15 for VAX/VMS at present, so we can't use 1.3 until the end of the year for our VAXes.

Personally I think Oracle should try harder to ensure porting of software is speeded up to avoid problems such as this!
