Honeywell MICRO SWITCH is looking for a Database Professional. Ideally the candidate will have:
- 10-12 years systems experience, preferrablly using UNIX
- 5-6 years of that as a DBA with any RDBMS product.
- 2 years experience working with ORACLE APPLICATIONS in an administrative role. This person does NOT have to be an Oracle DBA, but we are looking for administration experience with the Oracle Applications -- Financials and Manufacturing.
MICRO SWITCH is a division of Sensing and Control, a group within Honeywell, Inc. It is located in Freeport, IL, about 40 miles east of Dubuque, IA, and 70 miles south of Madison, WI. Housing is affordable, schools excellent and taxes low. The countryside consists of rolling hills -- not the flatlands commonly associated with the midwest.
