Oracle 7.3 doesn't work with Sql*Forms3.0 ?

Is it true that the latest release of Oracle v7.3 of the database does NOT work with Sql*Forms v3.0 and Sql*ReportWriter v1.0?

It is another story that we still use these tools, but any facts (or even rumors) on this issue is much appreciated.
