Object Oriented Programming in ORACLE

Dear All

Not an expert in ORACLE here but trying. The company I'm working for is turning into Object Oriented Programming so I'm wondering if someone has just started that and may be willing to share his experiences and can help me handle the change. eg reading suggestions and every thing.
