Check the OCX for OCI (Oracle Call Interface) API from Sylvain Faust Inc. (SFI) at http://www.sfi-software.com and look for SQL-Sombrero/OCX for OCI.

It contains both a 16 bit and 32 bit OCX, VB4 samples, printed and online documentation. In fact, the documentation is also online at the web site at: http://www.sfi-software.com/doc/ocxoci/doc/sqlocxoc.html

Or call Sylvain Faust Inc. offices at 819 778-5045, fax 819 778-7943 or email to mailto:info_at_sfi-software.com

See what Oracle has to say about this at: http://www.sfi-software.com/doc/pressrelease/jan2996oracle.htm

Free download for you to test from:
http://www.sfi-software.com/doc/downloadrequest.htm

I'm sure this will help you get the job done!
