Forms 4.5- HELP

Someone please help me with following problem.

Is there any Form or Block level triggers available to get the same functionality as KEY-NEXT-ITEM trigger when using MOUSE
1)to navigate through items
2)to navigate between blocks
(OR)
Do I have to live with WHEN-MOUSE-CLICK trigger at item level for each and every item which has KEY-NEXT-ITEM trigger in it. This particular Form has recently been converted from 3.0 to 4.5.
