I am surprised by your response. You claim to be a delphi comsulting service, yet you label it "less that top-end".

IMHO defines the top-end for many devlopment tools. The breadth of its power and capabilities, when correctly applied, match or exceed most of its competitors, even if they are more "specialized" in focus than Delphi is.

May you should form oracle*forms.com, an oracle*forms consulting service.
