HELP: TNS-03506

Hi everybody.

I need help in order to resolve a problem using SQL*net v2.1.

When I try to connect from a Windows PC (running WFW 3.11) to an Oracle 7.2.2 on Sun Solaris, I always get this error:

TNS 03506 (failed to create address binding)

The manual says it might be an internal error that is not usually seen.

Does anybody can help me to solve this problem???
