I think Delphi is going mostly to serious developers. If you look at the Compuserve Forum, you'll see that most messages are not of the "How do I make and address book?" type.

Having said that, I'm sure VB in all its forms still outsells Delphi. If only there was a similar Front-end for C++... I'm using Delphi and I like it a lot more than VB, but I'd rather use C++...
